Special Author Event at the Fort Clatsop Visitor Center
Join us for a special family-friendly author event at the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park Fort Clatsop Visitor Center. Local author Arline LaMear will read from her two children's books: The Astoria Cats and Where Does The River Start? with a crafty intermission led by NPS volunteers, and some light snacks/juice. Autographed books are available for purchase in the Fort Clatsop Bookstore, and the illustrator will be on hand to answer questions as well.
