The future for both the park and the LCNPA look bright as planning for the Fort Clatsop Visitor Center remodel project takes shape. The next few years will be exciting times, as the Park continues upgrading the Visitor Center. A new entrance extension will be created, welcoming visitors with interpretation of the Clatsop and Chinook people, who were a part of this region long before the Corps of Discovery arrived. The museum exhibits will receive an overhaul that will richly enhance the visitors’ experience. Federal funding has been secured and the Association will also be funneling donations to these projects. Won’t you donate today and help us make the Park even better? You can be proud of your involvement in improving the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park for everyone for generations to come.
