Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed on the day they are received and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow 6-10 business days for the shipment of your order.
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. Orders by mail can also be purchased by check payable to Lewis & Clark National Park Association. All Purchases are to be made in United States Currency only.
Due to Covid-19 and for the safety of customers and staff alike we are temporarily not performing returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping rates are calculated by the shippers on the basis of weight and dimensional boxing needs. Small purchases such as pins, patches, postcards, etc. may receive a partial shipping fee refund if we can ship for less. We use USPS postal mail, offering a variety of shipping types and speeds.
We apologize for any shipping charge errors or issues that may arise, you will be refunded if overcharged or change to free pickup.
Free parking lot pickup is available for website orders.
Your satisfaction is always our top priority. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise to us in original packaging with all tags in resellable condition. This must be within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price or exchange. If the return is a result of our error or defective, we will pay the return shipping costs.
If the merchandise came in a manufacturer’s packaging, then it must be returned in the same unopened packaging. Exceptions will be made only if the item is defective from the manufacturer or damaged during shipping.
A refund or exchange will be made within one week after we have received the returned merchandise. If a credit or debit card was used for purchase, then the refund must be made on that same credit or debit account number. Notification will be made by email once this transaction is complete.
